Mentors help impact the IABA mission by providing valuable information to help students break into the profession and provide tools for success in their actuarial journey. By participating in our mentoring program, you are actively making an impact on the future of our profession and supporting the development of an individual.

Mentee

Mentees are individuals seeking guidance and support on their actuarial journey. Benefits of participation may include expanding ones personal and professional network; developing soft skills; and building the confidence necessary to be successful in the actuarial industry.
